Job description
Marvin is seeking experienced 1099 Window and Door Install Contractors to complete year-round residential and light commercial projects. You'll remove and install premium windows, doors, and skylights, ensure accurate measurements, perform flashing and sealing, and deliver clean, professional job sites. Collaborate with Marvin reps, follow specifications, building codes, and safety standards, and provide excellent customer communication. This role is ideal for established install crews looking for steady work, strong product support, and partnership with a people-first, quality-focused manufacturer.
Responsibilities
• Install Marvin windows, doors, and skylights to manufacturer specifications and building codes
• Perform removal of existing units, including safe demo and disposal
• Take precise measurements and verify openings before installation
• Apply proper flashing, sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing techniques
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites in compliance with safety standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, GC's, and Marvin reps
• Review project scopes, drawings, and schedules to ensure accurate completion
• Troubleshoot fit, function, and finish issues and perform adjustments as needed
• Document work completed and report issues or delays promptly
• Protect customer property and uphold Marvin's quality and craftsmanship standards
