Journeyman: $35.00–$45.00/hour, based on experience
Apprentice: $20.00–$35.00/hour, based on experience

Position Summary
TYB Enterprises Inc. is seeking a motivated Journeyman Carpenter or Registered Apprentice to join its team. The successful candidate will assist with framing, finishing and general carpentry duties on custom residential construction projects.
Responsibilities
• Perform framing, finishing and general carpentry work
• Measure, cut, assemble and install building materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Work collaboratively with other trades and team members
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Ensure work is completed safely and within project timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
Required Skills
• Journeyman Carpenter certification or registration as a Carpenter Apprentice
• Residential construction experience preferred; custom home experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a construction environment
• Safety-conscious and able to follow workplace procedures
• Valid G driver's licence required
• Must be able to reliably travel to job sites located between Echo Bay and Thessalon
