Your Responsibilities:
• Expertly install doors and set door hardware.
• Efficiently install windows.
• Accurately lay out stairs and common rafters.
• Read blueprints and apply appropriate math skills for effective layout.
• Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns.
• Utilize pump, placement, and finishing techniques for concrete work.
• Manage placement of concrete for slab on grade and elevated decks.
• Signal cranes and rigging with precision.
• Communicate effectively, understanding both verbal and written instructions.
• Organize, sequence, and perform assigned tasks within deadlines.
Your Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in the construction field.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Willingness to work within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work in various seasonal and weather conditions.
