Carpenter
*Overview*
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our construction team. This role is vital in executing a wide range of building projects, from framing and metal building erection to concrete forming and finishing. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management, technical proficiency in interpreting blueprints and schematics, and hands-on experience with various construction techniques. *Duties*
* Erect metal buildings and install structural framing using appropriate tools and techniques
* Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to ensure durable, high-quality results
* Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
* Execute masonry work, including stucco, siding, and plastering, adhering to project specifications
* Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for framing, roofing, or restoration tasks
* Conduct dimensional measurements with tape measures and other hand tools to ensure precise construction outcomes
* Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, trim carpentry, woodwork, and drywall installation
* Manage site safety protocols while performing heavy lifting, heavy equipment operation, and general site maintenance
* Assist in the interpretation of technical drawings for metal stud framing, roofing systems, or siding installations
* Support construction management activities by coordinating tasks according to project schedules and plans
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in construction roles involving metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry or roofing
* Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
* Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and dimensional measurements
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment when necessary
* Experience with framing carpentry including woodworking, trim carpentry, and drywall installation
* Familiarity with construction plans for metal stud framing or restoration projects
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required on-site
* Excellent communication skills to interpret schematics and collaborate effectively with team members
* Valid construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and adherence to protocols
