What You'll Do
• Lead residential kitchen and bath cabinet installations
• Install cabinetry, crown molding, trim, and detailed finish work
• Read blueprints and troubleshoot jobsite challenges
• Guide carpenters and coordinate with other trades
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer service
Requirements:
• 10+ years of professional carpentry experience
• Strong cabinet installation and finish carpentry skills
• Residential kitchen and bath remodeling experience
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read plans and work independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
Preferred: OSHA 10, crew leadership experience, and familiarity with construction technology.
