You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote functional recovery and improved quality of life. Key Responsibilities• Evaluate patients' functional abilities, mobility, strength, and range of motion to establish baseline assessments• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient function and reduce pain• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe mobility techniques• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically indicated• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and other team members to coordinate patient care• Participate in discharge planning to ensure safe transitions and appropriate follow-up care✅ Requirements• Active AZ PT license• ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ASHA, CHT, ACP Training certifications• 0+ years of Physical Therapist experience• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number requiredPayPay range: $2,480 to $2,580 per
week.Travel Physical Therapist PT package: up to $2,580/week (40 hours) = $39/hour taxable + up to $1,020/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules.Local package: $62/hour fully taxable ($2,480/week for 40 hours).Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.
