Maple Street Pizza Company is a small, family owned artisan pizzeria which opened in August 2022. Our family has owned & operated Twelve Restaurant & Bar since 2013, and we bring our philosophy of doing everything from scratch to Maple Street Pizza! We serve only the best ingredients on our house made signature pizza dough in our small, quaint dining room
What goes better with pizza than wine? Cocktails? Beer? All the above? You bet! At Maple Street Pizza, we provide everything needed to have an amazing pizza night, in store and to go! Not only will you be serving the best artisan pizza, you will also get to make and serve our signature sangrias & cocktails too!
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Preparing & batching of house sangria recipes, infused liquors and mixers
- Preparing fruit & garnishes for cocktail service
- Maintaining bar inventory for shifts
- Communicating with front of house and kitchen with regards to inventory and specials
- Stocking inventories of all beer, wine, liquors & mixers
- Maintain a clean & sanitary work station
- Preparing all mixed drinks & sangrias for tables & to go
- Ensuring all drinking patrons are of legal drinking age
- Serving, entertaining and interacting with all bar area customers in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion
- Assisting with carryout food & beverage orders
- Set up coworkers for success
- Participate in overall restaurant & bar cleanliness
