Maintenance Technician

Pay: $14 - $18hr
About the Role
Ethan’s Crossing is looking for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and helping create a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance throughout the property.
- Inspect facility, common areas, and building systems to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and exterior grounds.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate with outside contractors when necessary.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in an organized manner.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures and property maintenance standards.
- Communicate professionally with residents, property management, and team members.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work orders efficiently.
- Must be 21 or older
