Waterfront Property Management & Builders, Inc. is seeking a skilled craftsman to support new builds, additions, and renovations across Northern Michigan.
You will perform framing, roofing, siding, painting, trim, and finish carpentry with close attention to detail. Responsibilities include tile work, installing cabinetry and countertops, exterior windows and doors, reading blueprints, and maintaining clean, safe job sites while representing Waterfront in a professional manner.
