Lead construction site execution with blueprint reading, carpentry expertise, and hands-on supervision at Brandt across its operating locations.
This Site Supervisor role requires proven construction leadership and property development experience. You will manage renovation and construction projects while coordinating trade scopes, schedules, materials, and site activities. The work includes hands-on execution when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage renovation and construction project execution
• Read blueprints and coordinate trade scopes
• Schedule projects, track costs, and approve time
• Order materials and manage tool inventories
• Perform required site work and operate equipment
Requirements:
• Proven construction industry leadership experience
• Property development and property management experience
• Journeyman Carpenter Certification, Red Seal or higher
• Proven job site safety training experience
• Clean driver’s abstract
