Apply construction expertise to restoration projects as an experienced Carpenter at Service Master Restore of North Vancouver Island. Deliver precise repairs across changing sites.
You will complete varied carpentry and reconstruction work for homeowners and businesses recovering from property damage. The position combines exterior repairs, interior finishing, structural replacement, and emergency mitigation. Success requires independent work, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete exterior repairs involving siding, decks, and roofing
• Handle painting, cabinet repairs, trim, and interior finishing
• Replace components damaged by fire, water, or wind
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Assist with emergency mitigation and restoration tasks
Requirements:
• Strong residential and commercial construction knowledge
• General reconstruction experience across multiple carpentry areas
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfort working in occupied and active construction sites
Use broad construction knowledge and restoration experience to complete quality repairs for Service Master clients throughout North Vancouver Island.
