Job description
Tired of building someone else's dream while yours stays on hold?
What if your hard work was valued, your skills respected, and you could go home every day knowing you built something that actually matters?
At Crown Co., we're looking for more than someone who can swing a hammer. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way. Someone who notices the details others miss. Someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and seeing a project come together because of the work they put in.
If you're the kind of person who would rather be building, fixing, creating, and improving than sitting behind a desk, keep reading.
This Isn't Just Another Construction Job.
Every project is different. One week you may be remodeling a facility, the next you're building new structures or improving properties across Empire Farms
. You'll work alongside people who believe in helping each other succeed, taking pride in quality craftsmanship, and enjoying the journey together.
When the workday is over, you'll be surrounded by teammates who spend their time hunting, fishing, racing, cheering on their favorite teams, or making memories with their families. We work hard because we value what we're building at work—and the life we're building outside of it.

• Shows up on time because people count on you.
• Takes pride in leaving every jobsite better than you found it.
• Believes integrity matters, even when no one is watching.
